At Cordia, we want returns to be clear and straightforward. This policy explains our guarantee, our warranty, and how returns and refunds are handled.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Cordia. If it does not give you the relief you hoped for, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
2-Year Warranty
Every Cordia device is covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of delivery. If your device stops working as intended due to a defect, contact us and we will repair or replace it.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item should:
- Be in good, working condition
- Include all cup tips and accessories it shipped with
- Be in its original packaging where possible
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@thecordia.com and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos or a short video (if requested)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cordia is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@thecordia.com as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days
- Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
